I wanted to take a moment to thank you and the entire Overture team... for working with me so professionally and responsively to diagnose and correct the unusual, occasional distortion that was occurring... It was such an unusual characteristic, especially for a new cartridge of that quality, I am sure there was some skepticism about what was happening. You and everyone at Overture treated the situation as serious and requiring attention... the entire Overture team has cemented in my mind an already very favorable view I have of Overture. In the future, I cannot imagine that I would consider any other source than Overture for my audio and video needs. Thank you!
