Product Description
The Rotel A8 is an all-analog amplifier with clean sound
Rotel has been in the business of great sound since 1961. With the all-analog, Class AB A8, they’re sticking to their roots. A high-current toroidal transformer built in-house by Rotel provides 30 watts per channel of clean, stable power to your speakers. It’s 4-8 ohm stable, which means it’s capable of driving many speakers on the market today. And the price makes it an attractive choice for music lovers looking to make their first step into the world of “hi-fi” sound.
The Rotel A8 has simple operation and connections
The front panel has buttons to switch your sources easily, along with a volume knob surrounded by understated LEDs that indicate the volume level. Three stereo line-level inputs let you hook up components like CD players, tuners, or “old school” tape decks — you can even hook up a streaming music player with a digital-to-analog converter (DAC). Vinyl lovers have the option to hook up a record player to the moving magnet phono input.
